Log in to your Star Light account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic devices in their original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
